Today CRB can count on two teams of researchers; one based in Italy (Blue Sky lab) and the other in Switzerland (Applied Research lab), encompassing more than 65 people dedicated to Innovation.

More than 200 entirely new formulations are developed each year, contributing to a portfolio of over a thousand formulas. Each year more than 1000 projects are followed.

For the past years CRB has been able to anticipate all the emerging trends in the skin care market by:

• Focusing on anti age products and actives;
• Investing significantly in the natural and organic market by means of the ECOCERT certification. Today CRB is able to provide the best formulas displaying the Organic-Ecocert label;
• Being able to respond to the needs of a market moving towards the prestige sector and the need to perform;
• Being capable of segmenting its offer by targeting new niches of consumers.
